Under his leadership, Quess Corp morphed from a nascent startup into India's staffing titan, employing over 400,000 individuals and executing one of the country's most successful IPOs. Subrata's strategic vision fostered Quess Corp's expansion through over 25 mergers and acquisitions. Notably, his tenure witnessed significant financial milestones: the acquisition by Fairfax for INR 3,500 million in 2013, a groundbreaking IPO in 2016 that raised INR 4,000 million, subsequent capital raises in 2017 and a notable investment of INR 510 million from Amazon in 2019.

Subrata is the visionary behind Fornax, masterminding its roadmap and inception.

With over 17 years of experience, Hithendra brings a wealth of knowledge in operations and entrepreneurship, particularly in managed services.

He played a pivotal role in the development of Quess Corp, driving its expansion to become a leading HR services provider in India and was integral in transitioning PeopleOne Consulting into Adecco India, subsequently acquired by a global HR firm in Zurich.

Currently, as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Carpediem Advisors Private Limited, Hithendra oversees operations and spearheads the transformation and HR strategies of their portfolio companies. Rishabh has over 12 years of experience in Private Equity and Corporate Finance, with the past nine years dedicated to investments in Consumer, Healthcare, and Business Services sectors.

In his current role, Rishab holds directorial positions on the boards of Sukkhi Online Pvt Ltd, Ivangel Sales and Services Pvt Ltd, UNH Management Services Pvt Ltd, Hands-On Management Services Pvt Ltd, and Integron Human Capital Services Pvt Ltd. With over 25 years of experience, Saurav holds extensive experience in Technology, Staffing, Finance Operations Digital Public Infrastructure, Telecom, and Management Consulting sectors.

Previously, as the Chief Delivery Officer at Magna Infotech (A Quess Corp Company), he expanded the IT staffing firm to a robust 10,000+ workforce, leveraging advanced technological and process frameworks, He significantly contributed to Quess Corp’s strategy, spearheading multiple M&As and strategic initiatives & Operations. As CEO of Qinfra he lead projects of national significance such as the Ahmedabad Smart City and transforming Mumbai's public transport system (BEST).

Sanjay, an accomplished Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience, currently serves as Objectwin Technology's Chief Finance Officer and the Group Controller Finance at Fornax Corporate Services. Throughout his impressive career, he has gained a wealth of knowledge in various sectors such as Staffing, Technology Services, BPO and Manufacturing.

Prior to his tenure at Objectwin, Sanjay played a pivotal role at Quess Corp as Vice President of Finance, where he was among the early pioneers of its finance division. During his extensive 16 years with Quess, he undertook multiple finance leadership positions including Finance Controller for the Facility Management division, CFO for Magna Infotech (an IT staffing venture of Quess), and Controller for Conneqt (Business Process Management), culminating as the Group Controller for Quess Corp.

Sanjay's comprehensive financial insight and adeptness in corporate finance management are driving success at both Fornax and Objectwin.

With over two decades of expertise in the recruitment sector, Pramod excels in creating and steering high-performing teams. Known for his dedication and leadership abilities, his proficiency encompasses overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring process compliance, and managing vendor relations. He has indelible reputation in conceptualizing, designing, developing and maintaining the recruitment process in the organization including its description, recruitment measurements and so on.

Pramod's journey with Objectwin began in 2010 when he took on the role of an account manager, where he excelled by adopting and integrating top industry recruitment practices into the company.

His academic credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from university of Kerala and Diploma in International Business Management from University of Pennsylvania, USA.

With over 16 years in the IT staffing/Contingent Workforce Industry, Nazim leads the Contingent Workforce division at ObjectWin in Bengaluru, India, progressing from an Account Manager in 2015 to General Manager. As a specialist in MSP/VMS program management, he plays a pivotal role in the company's growth by steering large-scale projects and developing client-specific strategies, particularly for Fortune 500 companies in sectors like consulting, financial services, and technology.

He guides a team committed to excellence in service, talent acquisition, retention, and the formulation of business expansion methodologies, as well as refining operational procedures.

Before joining ObjectWin, Nazim contributed to Marlabs Innovations Pvt Ltd.'s Professional Services team from 2009. His academic background includes an M.B.A. from Visvesvaraya Technological University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Human Resources Management from the University of Bangalore, India.

Before transitioning into the staffing industry 20 years ago, Srikanth ran a training institute specializing in software such as Oracle DB and various programming languages in Tirupathi, India for six years. His career has spanned roles from recruiter to VP in top staffing firms in Bangalore.

Srikanth adopts a hands-on approach, concentrating on nurturing a dynamic and productive work environment and building high-performing teams.
